Specialized support and therapies for your child

The Autism Specialty Birth to Three program provides multidisciplinary services to children under the age of three with a diagnosis of autism. CI provides all Birth to Three services, including evaluations and autism assessments, in your child's natural environment. We focus on partnering with family members and caregivers throughout the process, providing a comprehensive assessment that will help you develop outcomes and objectives that are meaningful to the growth and development of your child and your family routines. We target a variety of functional skills, including communication, social skills and play.

Our strategies are based on evidence-based research and are modeled within your family’s daily routines. CI provides family coaching to help you confidently gain the knowledge and skills you need to successfully address your priorities for your child’s development. We also provide support in community settings as needed, including assistance with transition to public school services or other community-based opportunities once your child turns 3 years old. Our Birth to Three program has been providing comprehensive services to children and families through a contract with the state of CT since 2020.

Creative Interventions maintains CT state requirements for an Autism Specialty program designation and has held this designation since 2008. Autism specialty services are delivered using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
